Yes, we recommend installing it into a wall stud, door frame or casing for a secure hold.

Yes, it only takes a few minutes for installation.  Follow these simple steps: 

1:  Locate a stud
2:  Use rail to mark the hole location at a suitable height
3: Mount rail using the 3 multi-purpose screws that come with QMount.

You can use any wall that has a wood-framed stud, whether it's in a home basement, garage, gym, family room or office. 

2  12” Rails, 1 Massage Gun Holder, 6 Multipurpose Screws, Rubber Spacer

• 1) Lay massage gun holder on flat surface
• 2) Open arm and put massage gun in the massage gun holder
• 3) Close arm and tighten knob until massage gun can’t turn left or right.
• 4) Slide massage gun holder on from top of rail- with cam lever in unlock position.
• 5) Find desired height.  Then put cam lever in lock position

Go to the side of the massage gun holder where the cam lever is.  At the top of the cam lever, you’ll see the straight head screw.  To tighten it, keep the massage gun holder in locked position.  Then turn the screw to right to tighten or turn screw left to loosen the massage gun holder.

DO NOT TURN CAM LEVER CLOCKWISE OR COUNTERCLOCKWISE AT ANYTIME TO ADJUST MASSAGE GUN HOLDER.

Cam lever only goes straight up to unlock the massage gun holder or straight down to lock the massage gun holder.

Yes, installation literally takes minutes. Put 2 bolts through the rack mount rail holes and then insert the bolts through the rack mount rack holes.  Once you've line up the bolts, place the knobs on them to tighten.

Yes, with cam lever facing up in full unlock position, slide the QMount massage gun holder to the desired position on the rail. Then place cam lever in locked position with cam lever facing down.

No, it won’t.  However if you over tighten the QMount clamp on your massage gun, it could damage the handle of your massage gun.   You want the clamp to be tight but not so tight that it compromises the integrity of the handle.
